Clobetasol Propionate + Ofloxacin + Ornidazole + Terbinafine

Indications

Mixed and complicated Fungal, Protozoal, and Bacterial infections, Mild to moderate vaginitis, Candidiasis and trichomoniasis, Pruritus vulvae, Dermatitis, Eczema, and Genito-urinary infections are all treated with this cream.

Pharmacology

Antibacterial, antifungal, anti-protozoal, and anti-inflammatory properties are all included in this cream. Ofloxacin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that works against a wide range of bacteria, both gram-positive and gram-negative. Ornidazole is an antibiotic that belongs to the nitroimidazole family and is used to treat amoeba and trichomonas infections. Terbinafine is an allylamine antifungal that causes fungal cell death by inhibiting the formation of ergosterol (an essential component of the fungal cell membrane) by inhibiting the Squalene Epoxidase enzyme. Clobetasol is a highly effective corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic, and vasoconstrictive effects.

Dosage & Administration

Apply by gently rubbing onto the affected area twice daily.

Contraindications

Patients who are hypersensitive to any of the formulation's ingredients should avoid it.
