Vitamin C + Vitamin D3 + Folic acid
Osteoporosis, osteomalacia, rickets, tetany, and parathyroid disorders are all treated with calcium and vitamin D. Also used to treat increased calcium requirements in children and adolescents during periods of rapid growth, insufficient calcium intake in the diet due to malnutrition, osteoporosis prevention and treatment, disorders of osteogenesis and tooth formation (along with specific treatment), latent tetany, and during pregnancy and lactation. In chronic renal failure, it's also utilized as a supplement and phosphate binder.
Water-soluble vitamins include ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and folic acid (vitamin B9). Vitamin D is fat-soluble, which means it may be absorbed via the skin. By manufacturing collagen, commonly known as biological glue, ascorbic acid aids cell integration and cohesion. In aqueous media, it is also a potent antioxidant. Vitamin D, commonly known as antirachitic and sun-shine vitamin, has hormone-like functions (pro-hormone). Vitamin D helps the body save calcium by lowering excretion and increasing calcium absorption. Folic acid is essential for optimal brain function as well as mental and emotional well-being. It is very important in the creation of DNA and RNA, the body's genetic material.
