Antidepressants (CNS Preparations)
Indication:
USFDA approved for treating depression and enuresis (bedwetting).
Dosage & Administration:
Depression: Initially, 25 mg three times a day and gradually the dose may increase in 25 mg/day increments up to 150 mg/day.
Childhood Enuresis: Initially, 25 mg/day should be tried one hour before bedtime in children aged 6 and older. The dose may increase to 50 mg nightly in children less than 12 years; children over 12 years may receive up to 75 mg nightly.
