Onion contains a lot of sulfur which is very beneficial for hair.

Sulfur promotes new hair growth.

For this, mix equal amount of onion juice and castor oil and apply it on the scalp for 1 hour. Then shampoo.

Regular use 2 times a week is beneficial. Take 5/6 cloves of garlic and mince them.

Now boil this twisted part in coconut oil for a while in the oven.

When the mixture cools down, apply it on the scalp.

Use regularly 2/3 times a week.


Onion helps prevent diabetes by increasing insulin production in the body.

It also helps to keep blood sugar levels in check.

Fever, cold, cough, sore throat, allergy etc. can be removed very quickly by onion.
